im a 17 year old girl & i live at home in a busy household with my
parents and younger siblings. ive always been very conscious of my
surroundings while i masturbate and i have never been "caught" in the
act until this morning. i was sleeping in and kept randomly waking up
and falling back to sleep, and at one point i fell asleep and began
having a sex dream. this hasnt happened in quite a few months and i
wasnt aware of what my body was doing while i was dreaming. i felt
myself touching down there but i couldnt stop it. i was in a state of
half asleep/half awake and i just kept going. now i didnt realise what
had happened after id woken up an hour or so after this incident and i
am now horribly ashamed with myself that i couldnt do anything to stop
it. my mum had walked in while i was in this state, i have a vague
memory of my eyes half opening and seeing her standing there and looking
down at me and saying "sorry" but i didnt stop? i really need some
advice, im completely mortified.
